Bad data costs you deals. Good systems win them.

Mossfix helps leadership teams turn unreliable CRM systems into decision-grade sources of truth.

We don’t rebuild CRMs.

We restore the data, behaviour, and governance that make them trustworthy again.

What Mossfix Does

Most CRM problems are not technical.

They are behavioural and structural breakdowns inside the system.

Mossfix fixes the layer underneath your revenue operations:

  • Data that no longer reflects reality
  • Lifecycle definitions that mean different things to different teams
  • Sales behaviour that bypasses the CRM
  • Reporting that requires caveats to be usable

We restore CRM systems so they become:

accurate, trusted, and usable for real commercial decisions

Our Core Services

CRM Reality Check (Audit)

A structured diagnostic that reveals whether your CRM reflects how your business actually works.

You receive:

  • CRM Data Quality Scorecard
  • Lifecycle & pipeline integrity review
  • Behaviour vs system analysis
  • Reporting trust assessment
  • Prioritised risks and fixes

Outcome

You see, often for the first time, what is actually happening inside your CRM vs what you think is happening.

90-Day CRM Foundation Programme

We stabilise and repair the CRM so it becomes a trusted source of truth.

We focus on:

  • Lifecycle and pipeline alignment
  • Data standards and governance
  • Behavioural fixes
  • Reporting integrity
  • Removal of unnecessary complexity

Outcome

Your CRM becomes something leadership can finally rely on without caveats or workarounds.

Governance & Data Hygiene Retainer

Once fixed, CRMs decay.

We act as an external steward to prevent regression:

  • Data health monitoring
  • Governance enforcement
  • Reporting integrity checks
  • Early warning of system drift

Outcome

Your CRM stays reliable as the business evolves.

Why Mossfix is different

Most CRM consultants:

  • Implement systems
  • Add structure
  • Increase complexity

Mossfix does the opposite.

We focus on:

1. Diagnosis before design
We prove what’s broken before suggesting solutions.

2. Behaviour over software
Most CRM issues are caused by how people use systems, not the tools themselves.

3. Truth over structure
We optimise for accuracy of reality, not cleanliness of configuration.

4. Independence over dependency
We stabilise systems so they no longer require us.

5. Decision-grade data
Success is not “CRM implemented.”
Success is: leadership trusts the numbers.

What does the free CRM audit involve?

The audit is a structured review of your CRM setup and usage. We look at areas such as data quality, lifecycle definitions, pipeline structure, reporting reliability, and how the system is being used by different roles in the business.

The goal is to identify where your CRM is supporting the business effectively and where issues may be affecting reporting, forecasting, or operational efficiency.

You’ll receive a short summary outlining observations, risks, and potential improvement areas.

Do we need to change our CRM platform?

In most cases, no.

Many organisations already have the right CRM but struggle with structure, data quality, or internal processes. The focus of our work is usually on improving how the system is configured and used rather than replacing it.

Will you need access to our CRM data?

In many cases the audit can begin with a short walkthrough of your CRM structure and reporting.

If deeper analysis is required, access can be provided in a controlled way and handled in line with agreed confidentiality and data protection standards. Mossfix works with clients under NDA where required and follows clear data handling practices.

What happens after the audit?

The audit simply highlights what’s working well and where improvements may be needed.

From there you can:

  • address the issues internally using the recommendations provided
  • engage Mossfix to support improvements
  • prioritise specific projects such as CRM restructuring, data clean-up, or revenue operations alignment

There is no obligation to continue working together after the audit.

How long does the audit take?

Most audits take 1–2 weeks depending on the complexity of the CRM and the size of the organisation.

The process usually involves a short discovery conversation, a review of the CRM structure and reporting, and a follow-up discussion to walk through the findings.
